Happy Friday everyone! If you weren't able to catch the live event earlier this week, here's the presentation. After much thought, I ended up not editing it. There's a few highly-personal parts, but the overall message I hoped to convey was stressing out over trading has been surprisingly uncorrelated to my performance. Grinding non-stop and exhausting yourself doesn't necessarily lead to more gains and it's important to make sure the amount of effort we invest as traders is aligned with what kind of trader we are and our individual goals.
