Markets & Mayhem's coaching is focused on helping investors and traders learn more about technical analysis, interpreting macro data and events, valuing fundamentals within different factors and sectors, identifying trends and sector rotations, gauging sentiment around asset classes, examining order flow, trading futures, stocks, currencies, and options.
When checking out please choose the number of hours you'd like to book. You are welcome to buy hours in advance for multiple sessions. Currently we offer both one and two hour sessions at a time.
After purchasing, you will be sent a link to a shared calendar where you can reserve an hour or two of time with Mayhem. Please book your timeslot within four weeks of purchasing. If there are no available slots that work for you, please email help@traderade.com and we can work something out together.
One-on-One Coaching with Mayhem (per hour)
Traderade Coaching Agreement, Terms & Conditions
Mayhem (“Coach or “this Coach”) and you (“Client”) hereby agree that Coach will provide coaching services to Client on the terms as set forth below.
I. CONDITIONS
- The Contract/Agreement will not take effect, and Coach will have no obligation to provide coaching services or coaching, until Client agrees electronically (using this form) and Coach is notified of that signature and payment.
II. SCOPE
Only the matter described herein shall be undertaken by the Coach, unless the Coach specifically agrees to provide additional services in writing and is paid the requested payment by the client. Coach may only accept new matters by either beginning work on them and being paid for them, or agreeing to accept this new work in writing.
III. ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. SERVICES
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are over video call or other virtual methods, as agreed jointly with the client. Coaching may help provide instruction on elements related to trading and investment, address specific trading and investment struggles, risk management issues, provide opinions and insights on various elements of financial markets, and help with general discussion regarding related topics.Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between client and coach. In the coaching relationship, the coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change.
If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate this with the coach as soon as possible and the coaching strategy will be restructured to address the client’s desired outcome of coaching. Client understands that Coach has individual investor and trader experience in the financial markets and also understands that coaching services are not financial advisory services and there is no financial advisory service relationship between Coach and Client or Traderade and Client.
You are very much encouraged to talk more with the Coach during your coaching sessions so as to receive a better understanding of what coaching is about and how to get the most out of it.
2. LIMITATIONS
It is understood that coaching is and must be different from financial advisory services. Financial advisory and related services may require charters, regulatory approval, and other certifications.
Coaching will focus on the individual’s goals regarding their desire to learn more about trading and investment and will focus on helping the individual overcome challenges in related areas. The Coach will not assist a Client in any areas that would require a CFA or other licensed investment or trading professional.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information.If you wish for me as your coach to speak to someone outside our interactions, you need to give me written permission (original letter, email or text) to do so. Exceptions to confidentiality of course relate to circumstances that are rare and obvious.
These circumstances include if the Client shares with Coach an intent to commit fraud, attempt to manipulate securities or other asset classes, engage in insider trading, or other illegal activities. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential.
It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as the internet, mobile phones and cordless phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you and that you have taken appropriate security precautions on your end of that communication device.
4. TERMINATION
The client has the option to terminate the coaching agreement within (3) days of signing the contract, and will receive a refund on all payments. Otherwise, the client agrees to coaching for the duration of the contracted period. Our signatures on the contract indicate full understanding of the agreement with the information outlined above.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Coaching is a service that provides personal and professional coaching to specific individuals and/or groups. The client is aware that the Coach is in no way to be construed or substituted as financial advisor or any other type of trading or investment professional. Coach will at all times exercise it’s best professional efforts, skills and care of ensuring that the Client is coached to meet their coaching goals.
The Client understands and acknowledges the Coach will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the coaching sessions.No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the Client requesting such advice agrees not to hold Coach responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which this advice and direction are given in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.
You (the Client) agree that using any of these coaching services are entirely at your own risk. Coaching services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, Coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service.
This service is requested at the Client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the Client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the Client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of Coach. The Client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being coached as well as the consequences. The client enters coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Periodically the Coach may provide links to other web sites or written print material which may be of value, interest and convenience to the Client. This does not constitute an endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organization, product of service.It is the responsibility of the Client to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and printed material including their privacy policies. In no event shall the Coach be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.
