I hope you had a lovely long weekend!
Major economic releases for today include the the flash PMI data that tells us the level of activity and Existing Home Sales data that important for the housing market.
We have a few important earnings today including Walmart and Home Depot.
Home Depot’s already reporting beating EPS estimates by 2 cents but missing revenue numbers. It’s exactly how we covered it in the Navigating the Markets this weekend, where I expected numbers to come in softer. Walmart on the other hand just reported solid double beats, again as expected.
